Can I special order an outfit for a doll or child?
Absolutely! Special orders are welcome and can usually be accomodated within your time frame. An email request with a description of what you would like, will be followed with an estimate of price and shipping costs.

What payment options are available?
We are pleased to announce the inclusion of Pay Pal to our website. You now will have the option to use your choice of credit card with Pay Pal. The check-out area will provide you with easy directions if you are unfamiliar with this method of payment. Of course, you may order using our standard order form that you print out and send if you prefer not to use a credit card.

How do I place an order?
You can place an order in several ways:

1. Print out the order form and fill it in with the pertinent information. Mail it to the address listed on the form along with your check or money order.
   
   
2. Email your request and as soon as we receive your check or money order, your order will be shipped to you.

What are the shipping methods and charges used?
All items will be sent through the U.S. Postal Service using their Priority Mail service. Refer to the order form for the latest shipping charges.

Can I order an American Girl Doll from you?
The American Girl dolls are sold only through the Pleasant Company @ 1-800-845-0005 or www.americangirl.com. Marcia's Dollclothes is not affiliated with the Pleasant Company.

What is your return policy?
If you need to return an item or wish to make an exchange, just contact us through email and we will make arrangements to meet your needs. We want you to be satisfied with our items.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order for existing items on the site will be shipped within 5 days. If you have a special order, you will be told how long it will take to prepare the item and ship it to you. If you need an item as soon as possible, make a note of that to us and we will do our best to meet your needs.

How often is the site updated?
The site will be updated once a month at a minimum. As new items are created they will be added to the catalog.
